CMBO Cape May Point walk- 1/12/08

The following was sightings information and list was emailed to me from Karl Lukens re: the CMBO Cape May Point Walk on 1/12/08.

"Nice morning for a walk around Cape May Point. No Crossbills this morning, but a nice variety of ducks on Lily Lake including 1 Canvasback, 1 drake Redhead, a female Lesser Scaup, as well as numerous American Wigeons ,Gadwall, and Coots. On the ocean and bay we had Black and Surf Scoters, Long-tailed Ducks, a Common Eider, and Red-throated Loons. Land Birds included 7 Red-breasted Nuthatches, Cedar Waxwings, and a couple of Purple Finches."
