Amy Gaberlein just passed along word that the Barnacle Goose is still hanging out on Cape Island, seen in the field across from Hidden Valley along New England Road this morning.
Looking over some reports from yesterday, it appears that Pine Warblers have really arrived in numbers- Sandra Keller reports that 16 were singing at Winslow WMA in Gloucester County. A Delmarva Ornithological Society trip to the area found 6 Piping Plovers at [EDIT: Stone Harbor Point] yesterday as well.
On another note, Louisiana Waterthrushes have made it to the Carolinas; Blue-headed Vireo and Pectoral Sandpiper have made it to Virginia... spring marches on!
