I heard today Jimmy Dowdell had both White Pelican and Hudsonian Godwit at the Coast Guard Station, apparently as flyovers.
While botanizing at Higbee this morning I also noticed some birds, including singing Eastern Towhee, White-eyed Vireo, calling Yellow-billed Cuckoo, American Redstart, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, fledgling Cedar Waxwings, and quite a few Eastern Kingbirds.
