... is not necessarily good news. So far this morning, there have been no reports of the Cape May Point Brown-headed Nuthatch -- at least, that I've received. Additionally, though yesterday's two Swallow-tailed Kites were seen leaving the Point headed SSE, neither bird was seen in Delaware thereafter, despite an intense watch being kept from the hawkwatch site at Cape Henlopen S.P.. Perhaps they turned around beyond the view of Cape May observers and are still kicking around New Jersey. Or, perhaps, The Azores will get their third record of the species! We'll keep you all apprised of reports of either of these two species, or other such goodies.
