. . .phonetically speaking. Higbee Beach WMA was pretty dead this morning (Friday) - although quality in the form of a Philadelphia Vireo in the 2nd field, with a Blackpoll and a flock of Red-eyed Vireos, and a glimpsed Alder Flycatcher nearby, helped make up for it. There are a very few warblers around the Northwood Center this morning, including Magnolia. Our meager Higbee list is up on
field trip reports. Lots of Ospreys flying around, and a couple Merlins skimmed the treetops. Tomorrow is another day.
