Scott Barnes reported via the listserve NJBIRDS about an hour ago: "McDuffy Barrow just called me to say that he is looking at the White-tailed Kite at the Barnegat Township impoundments of Forsythe NWR. The bird is in the same place as before, sitting on an island in the impoundment with cedar trees and visible from Bayshore Drive opposite the public beach. From the public beach parking lot look west into the impoundment. Any updates are appreciated. **Note** that this is in Barnegat Twp in Ocean County, NOT at the "Brig" portion of the refuge or on Long Beach Island. "
