Red-necked Phalarope at Heislerville
The Heislerville WMA in southeastern Cumberland Co. continues to please visitors. Josh Nemeth reports an alternate-plumaged female Red-necked Phalarope in the SW corner of the main pool as I type this. But, I now hear that Tom Reed found it yesterday while taking part in the World Series.
