Glen Davis reports that the Ivory Gull was last seen tonight at 4:30 p.m. flying over the east side of the Coast Guard Base, which is across Cape May Harbor looking south from the Breezee Lee Marina. It disappeared, which it has done before in various directions, mostly to the east, on other afternoons, leading birders to postulate "that was the last of it." Tomorrow will tell.
Karl Lukens reports not finding the Rufous/Allen's Hummingbird at the corner of Coral and Cambridge around noon, and that other searchers had not had the bird after being there from 10:00 a.m. to noon. It was seen first thing this morning.
